Dear ma'am Deeba Parvez, I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for sharing the recommendations for the Winterization Kits. I would like to highlight that Naushahro Feroze should be considered a priority district for winterization support. The district is home to many vulnerable populations, particularly those affected by previous floods, who are at high risk as the winter season approaches. Given the pressing needs in Naushahro Feroze, I kindly urge that it be prioritized in the distribution plans. This would ensure that the most vulnerable communities receive the essential items needed to cope with the harsh winter conditions. We appreciate your consideration and coordination on this matter. *Respectable Deeba Parvez Sahiba * Greetings from ALISHA_WDSS I hope you are doing well. Thanks for sharing the information about the Winterization Kits .As in flood 2022, ALISHA_WDSS was involved in voluntary distribution with IOM in three districts of Sindh Like Kamber Shahdadkot,Dadu,& Jamshoro and we distributed them honestly. Still trying to join IOM on the winterization distribution to mention Districts. Now We don't know which toss IOM is focusing on and which area. Despite confirmation & verified from PDMA. DDM, the distribution processes of IOM have changed. Distribution processes should be done on special merit and in the affected areas. All the social organizations are doing the distribution activities on a voluntary basis so that the people get relief. I would like to request you for Kamber Shahdadkot,Dadu,& Jamshoro to consider distributing the winterization kit to the most vulnerable and marginalized communities. we hope for better working with IOM *Best Wishes * * Ashique Hussain Soomro* * Chief Executive Officer * *ALisha Women Development Society Sindh* *Cell:03367503294//03112237305* *Email:alishangosindh@gmail.com* <Email%3Aalishangosindh@gmail.com> * ashiquegul786@gmail.com <ashiquegul786@gmail.com>* On Mon, Oct 21, 2024 at 1:12 PM VDO Ghotki <vdoghotki@gmail.com> wrote:

Hi Deeba, I hope you're doing well. SPARC is currently working in two districts, Hyderabad and Umerkot, reaching around 100 brick kilns and supporting brick kiln workers, one of the most deprived segments of our society. As winter approaches, we're keen to provide some level of winterization support to these communities as well. Even a small contribution could make a significant difference, as each kiln hosts 10 to 20 families living and working on-site. Thank you for considering this request, and I look forward to hearing from you.
