Dear Esteemed IOM Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to urgently address a concern regarding our recent requests for hygiene kits.
We submitted two urgent requests for hygiene kits, precisely as follows:
1. Request for 150 Hygiene Kits for the Khairpur district, accompanied by receipt acknowledgment number SHAD491144.
2. Request for 137 Hygiene Kits for Nushero Feroz district, with the receipt number SHAD491145.
However, upon follow-up, we were surprised to note that the system indicated an additional district, Jacobabad, which we did not request. This discrepancy appears to be a technical error, as our sole intention was to request assistance for the Khairpur and Nushero Feroz districts.
Our communities in these districts are in dire need of Non-Food Items (NFI), and the urgency of the situation cannot be overstated. We kindly request your immediate attention to this matter, as the community is anxiously waiting for the much-needed assistance.
Please guide us on the necessary steps to swiftly rectify this situation, ensuring that the aid is directed to the correct districts of Khairpur and Nushero Feroz.
Thank you profoundly for your understanding and prompt action to address this urgent matter. We are eager to ensure that the assistance reaches those in need expeditiously.
Please feel free to contact us if you required any additional information.
Best regards,
