Greetings from the pipeline team.

 

The stock will be replenished starting early next week in two different IOM warehouses (one in Sukkur and one in Hyderabad). Interested organizations are kindly invited to submit a new request using the common pipeline website. Unfortunately, previous pending requests will not be considered since the new stock items are relatively different than the previous one. We also encourage partners to conduct updated assessments after checking OCHA 5Ws template to avoid duplications.

 

Ahead of your submission, we kindly ask you to have a look into the attached guidelines that contain important information on the new stock as well as new submission and reporting requirements. Additionally, attached some reporting annexes that we kindly ask you to follow (additional information available in the guidelines document). Kindly also find attached updated 5Ws template that reflects the new stock items.

 

IOM focal points for field operations are mentioned in the attached guidelines. Please reach out to them in case your request is approved to arrange the pickup of the stock.

 

Below is the new stock content:

 

Sukkur Warehouse available stocks:

 

Plastic sheets (one per family)

fixing ropes (one per family)

tent poles and peg sets (1 kit per family – each kit has 2 poles and 4 peg sets)

blankets – 2 per family (will be available in around 2 weeks) – limited quantity available

Sleeping mats – 2 per family (will be available in around 2 weeks) – limited quantity available

Kitchen sets – 1 per family. Very limited quantity available

Please submit separate requests for the blankets and sleeping mats not to delay the release of the remaining items.

 

Hyderabad warehouse available stocks:

 

Plastic sheets (one per family)
