Dear Partners, I hope this email finds you well, this is with reference to yesterday's email notifying you all about items availability in the IOM common pipeline system. I am sharing here in this email for your reference that an additional item, Emergency Shelter Kits (ESK) are also now available in Sukkur warehouse only. An Emergency Shelter Kit is only meant for households who are displaced and unable to to return to their homes because of the floods. Please find below details: Emergency Shelters Kit Includes: * 1 tarpaulin sheet (4x6 m). * 1 rope (30 m) * 2 bamboos (20ft length). * 4 pegs * One instruction manual on how to install the emergency shelter kits. Partners who request for Emergency Shelter Kits must also commit to training beneficiairies on how to install them and must also support beneficiaries in installation. Details are availabe in the installation instruction manual and IOM staff are also available to provide guidance. You may submit request for Emergency Shelter Kits from now on. Common Pipeline Stock Replenishment

Dear Partners, I hope this email finds you in good health. We are pleased to announce that items are available in the common pipeline system in two different IOM warehouses (Sukkur and Hyderabad). Interested organizations are kindly invited to submit a new request using the common pipeline website. You may use this link<https://airtable.com/shrNIjNRRgQBiNqQy> to access the request form and put in your requests for the items that you may require. We also encourage partners to conduct updated assessments after checking OCHA 5Ws template to avoid duplications. Ahead of your submission, we kindly ask you to have a look into the attached guidelines that contain important information on the new stock as well as new submission and reporting requirements. Additionally, attached are some annexes that we kindly ask you to follow (additional information available in the guidelines document). Kindly also find attached updated 5Ws template that reflects the new stock items. IOM focal points for field operations are mentioned in the attached guidelines. Please reach out to them in case your request is approved to arrange the pickup of the stock. Kindly note that each organization is only allowed one submission only. Multiple submissions will be rejected. Items that are available as follows: 1. NFI Kit 2. Kitchen Set 3. Hygiene Kit 4. Dignity Kit 5. Shelter Repair Toolkit 6. Winter Kit 7. Tarpaulin sheets 8. Ropes Note that it is recommended that each partner request for each of these kits so one household kit can contain 1 NFI kit, 1 kitchen set, 1 hygiene kit, 1 dignity kit, 1 shelter repair toolkit, 1 winter kit, 1 tarpaulin sheet, and 1 rope. Also, we will be limiting each partner to total 300 household level kits overall per request so that we can provide stock to maximum number of partners. Please refer to the attached Common Pipeline guidelines for detailed information and also what is required from partners, a description of the items as well the specifications are also detailed out to make it easier for the partners to understand what is being provided in each kit. Dear partners, Greetings from the pipeline team. We have winterization kits available in the pipeline starting from today in two different IOM warehouses (one in Sukkur and one in Hyderabad). Interested organizations are kindly invited to submit a new request using the common pipeline website. Unfortunately, previous pending requests will not be considered since the winterization kits are relatively different than previous items in the pipeline. We also encourage partners to conduct updated assessments after checking OCHA 5Ws template to avoid duplications. Ahead of your submission, we kindly ask you to have a look into the attached guidelines that contain important information on the new stock as well as new submission and reporting requirements. Additionally, attached some annexes that we kindly ask you to follow (additional information available in the guidelines document). Interested organizations are kindly invited to submit a new request using the common pipeline website. Unfortunately, previous pending requests will not be considered since the new stock items are relatively different than the previous one. We also encourage partners to conduct updated assessments after checking OCHA 5Ws template to avoid duplications. Ahead of your submission, we kindly ask you to have a look into the attached guidelines that contain important information on the new stock as well as new submission and reporting requirements. Additionally, attached some reporting annexes that we kindly ask you to follow (additional information available in the guidelines document). Kindly also find attached updated 5Ws template that reflects the new stock items. IOM focal points for field operations are mentioned in the attached guidelines. Below is the new stock content: Sukkur Warehouse available stocks: Plastic sheets (one per family) fixing ropes (one per family) tent poles and peg sets (1 kit per family - each kit has 2 poles and 4 peg sets) blankets - 2 per family (will be available in around 2 weeks) - limited quantity available Sleeping mats - 2 per family (will be available in around 2 weeks) - limited quantity available Kitchen sets - 1 per family. Very limited quantity available Please submit separate requests for the blankets and sleeping mats not to delay the release of the remaining items.
