Hope you are doing well. Re BIPERJOY Cyclone status, preparedness update and response planning You are requested to attend Adhoc National and Sindh Shelter NFI CCCM Sector meeting (Online) on Friday 16 June at 10am. Agenda of the meeting include,

 

• Ongoing and planned assessment/evaluation in evacuation sites
• Shelter NFI assistance provided and planned for the cyclone
• Improved coordination as directed by PDMA ensuring gaps identification and avoiding duplication.
• AOB

 

I’m also coping other Sector leads to share within the groups incase your partners are involved in “evacuation site assessments”.

We have received request from Hyderabad DC which is endorsed   by  PDMA SINDH. There is a request to support some of the sites in district Thatta, Badin and Sujawal with the following items below. Quantities have not been mentioned, at this stage we would like to know which partner would be willing to assist. The highlighted items are under Shelter NFI Sector, and in case you have stocks and willing to assist, keep us in the loop.

3. Plastic Mats.
4. Solar lights
5. Dignity Kits.
6. Movable toilets.
7. First aid box
8. Jerry can
9. Small generators.
