Dear colleagues,

 

We refer to RRP (Refugee Response Plan) 2022 which was prepared last year for different sectors including Shelter, we are in the process of planning, developing RRP for 2023.  Just to re-call on understanding and concept of this response plan, it is important to mention that Refugee Response Plan 2023, like earlier, it’s an activity-based Response Plan with identified (country specific indicators and Regional) indicators and activities. Organizations who are doing Shelter activities and/or have any activities plan for 2023 for a tentative population figure of 3.4 million (including documented and undocumented Refugees and host population) are welcome to be part of the RRP 2023.

 

Thanks to organizations who are already providing the quarterly report on RRP 2022 Shelter projects through Activity Info to our IM Team.

 

As mentioned earlier, we have again started the Refugee Response Plan for 2023 planning and submission, and we are looking forward to expand the invitation for Shelter activities for coming year 2023. In the context, please find below the link for organizations who want to participate in the RRP 2023 for Shelter Sector. https://enketo.unhcr.org/x/GAPCTqmO . Would appreciate if interested organization shall respond on the link by COB Thursday 13th October 2022 i.e., tomorrow.

 

PS:

  1. RRP 2023 planning and submissions - Leading agencies (who will be directly procuring funds from donors) are requested to share their response through the link. Agencies/organizations.
  2. Leading agencies need to update their activities based on their implementing agencies/organizations. Implementing agencies may not require submitting their response independently.
  3. After receiving the responses from the organizations, we will arrange an online meeting to discuss and finalize the indicators (if needed), population and budget details.

Note: Appealing agencies /Lead agencies are required to submit the RRP-2023; implementing partners may submit their plan to their lead agency;  lead agency can further consider it in their submission.
