First of all, we want to thank you for all your continuous support and coordination in sharing updates on activities and plans. It helps streamline activities and avoid duplication of humanitarian response.

Since the needs of flood-affected people and the overall situation are evolving and changing daily, IOM, as Shelter and Camp Coordination & Camp Management (CCCM) sectors lead, plans to improve the information coordination systems and regularize the needs monitoring. In regard to achieving the overall objectives, the first phase is to know the operational capacity of partner organizations at the district level. We have developed an online tool for this purpose. It will help in better understanding of available capacity and resource mobilization.
